Leading with Our Strengths

Facilitated by BPW member and BPW Connections Committee Chair Sonja Neiger, Director, Women's Leadership Institute

Women are often told we need to “fix” our leadership styles to adapt to a workplace that was built by and for men.

The good news is that the definition of leadership is changing. Women often possess the new skills needed in the 21st century, which makes women uniquely positioned to make a positive impact in our organizations, communities, and more broadly, society through leadership roles. In this interactive talk, learn how to understand, articulate, and embrace your unique strengths. Move from fitting into the mold to reinventing the mold by changing the conversation about what leadership is and what you have to offer.
